Although Rob and I have been told on more than one occasion that we "have no culture" ..... We would like to believe we've been able to build a business with a culture rooted in customer service. How many times have we worked late to fix files, or meet a deadline.

But it only begins with great service, we've staffed it with smart people, and provided them with the right equipment, and freedom to produce the finished work that keeps our customers coming back, again and again.

Guiding Principles

Oh the stories we could tell!..... Let's just say that in 1990 we took two print shops and merged them into The Press. We eliminated all the excess equipment (junk) and began producing only from film and plates on a Heidelberg Press... 19 years later we are still at it... the Varityper, and Horizontal camera have hit the scrap pile and replaced by a Creo trendsetter, really cool workfow software and more Macs and PCs than employees.
